Porridge oats every 'morn. :thumbs:

Difficult to find oats in the fields locally in this day and age.:(: Rolling around in oil seed rape doesn't come a close second to getting ones oats, plus you get all yellow stains when it's in flower! :mad: :D

good old weetabix the builder for me...

I'm having a Weetabix for breakfast for the next few weeks.

I don't normally bother with breakfast and usually go straight until lunch However I'm on a diet at the moment and it helps to improve your metabolism if you have something early in the morning.

I used to like Weetabix when I was younger but I never remembered it being such a gloupy brown and grey soggy mess :( I don't really enjoy it but at least it's good for me :rolleyes:

I'll be glad once I get back from holidays and can go back to not caring and eating Sausage & egg McMuffins for brunch :lol:

I am not sure about Geologically accurate, but the bag of "Healthy" Jordans Granola in my cupboard is almost 30% sugar.

Chocolate digestive biscuits would make a healthier breakfast as they are only 28% sugar. :yum:

Not eating breakfast is consistent no matter where I am, so yes I guess it is geographically correct 🙂

Hmm, cereal.
Simple stuff is mostly carbs and funky stuff with sugar is carbs and refined carbs.

Ironically it is marketed as being healthy.:rofl:
