I have had my 04 Alfa 156 JTS for just under 12 months now.

I had the radiator replaced at an Alfa specialist and asked to have a check to see if there was anything else wrong with it as the MOT was coming up.

He found the following needed replacing:-

Hand Brake Cables Replacing.

N/S Top Suspention Arm Bushes.

Anti Roll Bar Bushes.

Anti Roll Bar Linkages.

Front Brake Discs.

All in price inc MOT, VAT, Labour and Parts £600.

I was just wondering if this was a good price?

For my Radiator I was charged £270 Inc Radiator, Labour, VAT, and Anti-freeze.

I was quoted £240 to supply and fit 2 upper arms I thought that was reasonable and quoted £260 for powerflex ARB and new droplinks so £500 all in I know he's having normal bushes but I'd have thought with the mot and disks and brake cables it was a reasonabl quote tbh.....

4 hours including the a/r bar bushes? Tad optimistic??? ...

I'd get him to fit a new set of pads with those new discs ... the old ones will be scored to match the old ones and take a while to wear and bed in properly.
