Recently noticed that the manifold pressure seems to be dropping off along with a loss of power. My thinking is the DPF is blocked(no warning light) and causing back pressures which is preventing the turbo from spinning up.

EGR remap and physically blanked.
Turbo recently replaced due to FOD

Forced regen results
Pre regen status = 76.16%
Post regen status = 69%

I assumed that after a regen the DPF status would show zero or near!

Forced regen doesn't nearly get the dpf clean. It's only there to be used if a regular regen couldn't take place. In any event you're supposed to go drive afterwards and let it regen naturally. Of course, if you forced the regen early it won't start on the test drive.

As miles build up, the dpf will get further and further from getting clean after a regen. Some makes assume 0 ash or soot after a regen, but this quickly adjusts after driving.

I would keep an eye on the regular dpf regen interval and go from there. I'm currently at 900 miles since the last regen.

You can get some fuel additives or Wurth do stuff you spray in the DPF then run a forced regen, should give you a few thousand miles more...or just cut it out get improve your performance and mpg!
