I recently purchased an Alfa Romeo mito for my partner and as circumstances have changed i was wondering whether it would be possible to change the agreement into her name.

This will be dependent on the company that provided you finance. Contact them and ask; you may have to pay an administration fee to get the name changed on the agreement, they will probably need to carry out a credit check on her to carry out the transfer also.

it will likely be written into the small print of your agreement.

In the case of mine on a BMW its no. Changing the person is essentially a complete new contract.
