Hi all,
Please excuse my English, it won't be flawless as I'm from the Netherlands.
I'm still having issues with my 2015 euro 6 JTDm2, bought 6 months ago at 122.000, now 135.000 km.
Mostly when warmed up there are less complaints, but it still hesitates noticably during a commute of 55 km's.
The problems started 3 days after purchase and the seller refuses to search or fix anything.. Have to get a lawyer to get them to move and cannot afford that, gave up after 6 months of struggling with them.
Cold start, high idle is no problem, then after a few seconds the idle drops to 850ish and starts bouncing arround. After warming up a bit more the idle stutter dissapears but while driving the engine still hesitates at cruising and WOT regulary.
When the stutter occurs while driving I can see the fuel consumtpion shoot up (more fuel) and even if I check afterwards, there has been no regeneration going on. It's just for a few seconds, retakes itself and fuel consumption is back to normal (I guess, average is 18km on 1L of diesel, highway 100 km/h is 22km per liter, city is terrible at 8km per 1 liter..)
There are no DTC's (Multiecuscan) and I've tried a couple of things allready:
I could just drive the car untill a DTC pops up, but I'm more concerned about the DPF and driving way too rich.
I'm fresh out of options...
If someone could make some screenshots of MES on there own G I would have some to compare with.
I do see a 20-40 mBar difference in turbo pressure (desired and actual) and also the MAF registers way lower at WOT.
I can upload the MES logs if wanted.
Who has any ideas?
MAF @wot:
Not a real good screenshot because you should look at boost pressure over time, but it's something:

There are no DTC's (Multiecuscan) and I've tried a couple of things allready:
- Done service myself: New oil and oil filter, air filter, fuel filter. No problems there.
- New MAP (polluted beyond cleaning)
- Cleaned (even replaced) the throttle body
- First cleaned then replaced the EGR (leaked to the electric part a bit, pollution was minor)
- Garage had it on a cleaning machine (decarbonizer?) for about 1,5h.
- Cleaned the MAF (with appropriate MAF cleaner)
- Removed injectors and had them tested, all 4 are perfect.
- Searched visually for leaks, but none found, I am currently building a DIY smoke machine.
- Replaced the battery for a new one (5y old)
- Relearned all relearnable value's trough MES.
- Disconnected most visible connectors in the engine bay and treated them with Motip Electric protect
- Installed WMI (had that on my 156) but it doesn't seem to like it that much, stutters so disabled it now.
- Disconnected the MAF at idle and stuttering, the engine speed increases (limp home mode?) but stuttering does not dissapear.
