From the net the customers were complaining about the service that when they had an accident one customer didn't get no replacement car and another lady was saying that she still can't sort her car out with him, bad communication.

How many Dan's are there at adrian flux?

I sent you a pm originally to tell you about the quote from chris knott.

you then replied and said somebody would look in to it.

I had a phone call and the quotation could not be beaten.

why dont you offer your best price in the first instance ?

I think that's a question for every insurance company/broker.

The answer is possibly related to the repeat customer who are too lazy to shop around & just renew ;)

At the time of quotation weoffer the best rate that the insurer offers ourselves as we are an intermediary and deal with various insurers. If you then obtain a better rate , we can refer this to the insurers and it is up to them if they are willing to compete with the rate, by maybe dropping commission etc.
