I have an Alfa gt 1.9 jtd and want to remove the inlet manifold. Is there anyway to do this without messing with the timing belt as this was only done 3 months ago.

Lock the fuel pump pulley in place with a bolt, then remove the pump shaft from the pulley backwards.. Pulley stays locked in place, fuel pump is out of the way.
