Hi All

Happily chugging along M27 today when I had to brake and the fuel injector light came on, lost power but she kept on moving along ok. Stopped in lay by, turned engine off but warning light still there when turned on. Handbook said it was ok to drive to garage etc.

3 minutes later it went out????

Came into Chichester and came on again??

What is going on?

Weather wet, engine warm

Garage confirms a fault with the throttle connection, any clues?

i think there are a few threads that point to a connection near/on the throttle body being loose. might be worth a quick search. i'm sure there is someone on here that can remember better than me?? hope it helps.

Steve - is your GTV the Sargassi Green One?

If so I've seen you out and about in it (I work in chichester).

Also my g/f has a Sargassi GTV6 which we have seen you in (if it is you!!)
