Indicator stalk/cruise control identical on LHD and RHD?

I have a left hand drive car. Is the indicator stalk identical to the ones on a RHD car? I'm interested in getting one with the cruise control buttons so that I can have cruise control on my car.

Are all of the cars ready for cruise control? Or did they randomly prepare some for it and some not?
