I'm thinking of buy a Alfa Romeo GT 2.0 JTS Selespeed, 2005, petrol, 78,000 miles do you guys think its worth it or should I go for something else?

Hi mate and welcome.
There is a lot of mixed opinion on here about the sele speed a lot of people love them but they do seem to be very problematic .
You should have a good read through some of the threads before you decide.
The biggest problem is there are not to many real experts to service them.
Personally I think they are more trouble than they are worth .

JTS is fine as long as its got a full history and has been looked after. Selespeed is awful though.....clunky nasty device that is no substitute for a manual unless you only have one leg and have no option.
Avoid diesel....having an Alfa that sounds like a tractor is not worth the extra MPG and torque unless you are broke or poor!

Yeah I hear that, as I am currently in the broke and poor demogrephic having a Alfa that sounds like a tractor will make me feel better than other poor people :lol:
