Can someone help me identify these parts Pic 1 and pic 3 ? and tell me what they do? They are on a cf2 twin spark spider.
Also in pic 2 picture does this mean my aircon is not connected (wire from rocker cover and electrical connection going no where) If so is it just a case of connecting?

Pic 1: is variator Solenoid and Pic 3: the blue pipes are the vacum pipes that click into left side off inlet manifold, the wee tank is your power steering fluid container, the black rubber pipe linked to metal pipe is fuel line.

Edit: not sure how the aircon is wired, might be worth checking the route of the aux belt to see if a short one has been fitted to exclude the air con pulley

Pic 2: Something should deffinitely be plugged into the black connector on the compressor. That's the power feed for the magnetic clutch that engages and disengages the aircon unit. Without it connected, the aircon will not work.

If possible can someone take a photo of the air con connector in question for me? It's a phase 2 Spider '99 plate. Just so I can see what should be connected.
