Well most of them are electrics. Problems started about 2 months after buying it. Every single time we went to a car wash, multiple errors started screaming on the dashboard, engine error, airbags etc. Having the car turned off for a while they would go away but for a week or so then thy would come back, worst of them being engine and radar system.
We suspected a faulty sensor or some loose contact. We send it back a few times an nothing was found.
Later the around june the worst happened. We were on the highway, fortunatelly in heavy traffic, so slow that you'd only release he breaks to follow the next car.
Breaks failed, pushed it trough max, pumped etc. No pressure the breaks would not work, fortunately it stopped by itself. Service guy that came said he cant see any errors because they are not stored.
Send it back again nothing was found. On top of that they called us crazy as this is not possible as the breaks use because it is hydraulic. (Went to my sister dealer to her out with her car and between the lines asked a second opinion on thr breaks abd thry told us in theory is not possible, but the breake pump is electronically connected...) so I still have my doubts.
However, we insisted on a check and apparently they found some problems with the battery abd they've changed it. On top of that they dealer seller (its a big company here in the netherlands) asked for permission to drive it himself for a day or 2). No issues, its perfect.
So it was untill last week. My wife was on the highway, 100km/h the everything turned off, first dashboard then infotainment engine was still running. Stressed af shr wanted to move right to the safety lane, then engine turned off as there was no reaction to the gas input and she was loosing speed, panic panic and out of the blue everything came back to life.
We made again an appointment for which should be thus thursday, but last saturday problems again. In the parkingshe starded the car normally, everything was on, but no reaction to any input, drive/reverse switch wasnt doing anything. Turned the car off, not reaction.
She got out took the key with her, moved about 2 meters the car stopped.
Called thr service agajn, guy comes, car starts like normal. The we asked him to read it.
While we were on the car, it took about 3 minutes, he was shaking his head, I asked is it bad, his answet was,"holy ****".
He couldn't eveb read everything because their sysyem has not updated the new junior, but more or less everything was red.
So yeah, there you have it, 40k for every 2 months dealer runs for nothing.
I don't know what to do now...:s
