I have a a 07 GT Blackline and have found an I-Pod adaptor in the glove box (it wasn't advertised as part of the car when I bought it - or mentioned by the dealer). It works on my daughters I-Pod, but not on my I-Phone 4 - it won't even charge it. It just says 'Accessory Connected' but won't actually do anything else.

Is this a standard fit, or as I suspect an after market add on? If the latter is there anything I can do to rectify the problem with my phone or should I just live with it?

Also...the radio reception is terrible - do the after market boosters work or are they a waste of money?

Cheers,

wob

I don't think any of the GTs had the iPod kit as standard but there was an official iPod kit available from Alfa for the GT/147

I've got the official Alfa iPod kit for my 147, it'll charge & play when connected to my iPod Video but it'll only play but not charge my iTouch.
AFAIK it's down to Apple changing the configuration of the connection port.

No idea about the iPhone.
