Hello,

I cannot find "Ducati Corse injectors" - 0445110341 in Turkey Bosch, they say this is discontinued product. Is this right? I've asked distributer of Alfa Romeo. He cannot find any part with given Alfa Codes, FIAT 55218067 - FIAT 55218785 - FIAT 55221019 . They are asking for chassis code, and motor code to find the injector. Can you help me with that? Do you know any codes to help me? Also In Turkey last price was 160€+Tax each new. Do you know which country that I can buy from with near this given price. I know that Bulgaria is 250€ Each, so please help me.

It is quite possible they are now discontinued and the closest match you'll find is the 0 445 110 229 injector that flows about 8% more than a 0 445 110 243 in the same time frame. Other than that you'd have to modify the injectors. I have s thread on my modified injectors in this section and they flow 50% more but I had some vibration between 2000 & 3000rpm that I minimised by moving the highest flow injectors to the centre of the engine. With an R80 fuel pump these can deliver 135 mm^3 per stroke upto 5500rpm while maintaining a sensible EOI.

Now I am very afraid of my engine. I am rebuilding it. And I want to make sure that I have few problem points. Thats why I wanted this injector problem gone away. In turkey we can make %50 more flow as you said. But I don't want to solve another problem like you said as vibration or what so ever. I will check if I can find 229 İnjector. Do you know other injectors that may help me?

I think the right injector is 0 445 110 299

I doubt you will be able to program calibration codes of 299 injector into 1.9 JTDm ECU.
Because of that I recommend 2.4 JTDm 210HP injectors. 0 445 110 308.
Same injector as 299 only difference is it is calibrated to be compatible with older ECUs.

My Car is 159 1.9Jtdm 2006 Model. Do you think it will be ok for these codes. Also I am loading my engine with GTB2060VKLR, thats why I need more quantity.

299 is CF5 injector and your car is CF4, CF4 and CF5 codes are not compatible...

299 or 308 are same injectors mechanically only calibration codes are different. Both types have around 8% higher flow than stock "243" injectors.

hmm. ok, I will look for it. Only I'm following JS JTD's steps. So that's why I always ask for 341 İnjector. Because I'm planning for same output results. Do you think %8 more injector will help me? Or let me ask differently, What do you recommend ? Buying 308 injector and open it up for %20 more? Using my normal 243 injectors and open it %20 more?

Modifying stock injectors will make using calibration codes impossible.

So if you want "comfortable" car with lowest possible engine vibration this is not the recommended way.
308 injector is "good enough". Its a bit worse than 341, but not much.
Compared to stock injector it will enable you to push 8% more fuel in same time window.
On a highly tuned engine every little bit helps.

Of course higher flow would be better but you can't have it all...
Unless someone figures out how to increase injector flow by 20% and produce calibration codes.

The 243 and 299 injectors are the same series the codes are cross compatible, so if 243 was his original injector then he needs the 299s. The extra 8% is usually a minimum and sometimes they flow a lot more. With the 299s, an R80 pump at 1750 bar you should be able to deliver double standard fueling.

Oh come on man... Get your facts straight...

299 is from 2.0 JTDm engine... CF5
308 is from 2.4 JTDm engine... CF4
243 is from 1.9 JTDm engine... CF4

CF5 and CF4 are NOT compatible.

Now , my car has 0445110243 injectors. and my target is 250HP+ Engine is still out from the car. And I'm learing as I build it. So I didn't know injection calibration capabilities. That's why I am asking. In turkey almost everyone is making tuning diesel only by adjusting Rail pressure, injection duration, bigger turbo, bigger IC and that's it. But I'm in a journey now. so I've asked for a little help. I will look for the 299 and 308 injectors from bosch. But I do you think I can meet my target with those injectors?

In October last year my 0445 110 243 were modified and programmed as 0445 110 308.
TribesMan made version of remap which is compatible with new state of injectors and all was without problems because *243 and *308 are for same EDC16c39.
MES parameters "Inj. correction cyl. 1-4" were from -0.38 (min) to +0.25 (max).

very good. I looked to bosch and Alfa in turkey they never know 308 injectors. Because there is no sale for 2.4JTDM in Turkey. So I have to figure it out how to modify the 243 injectors and make possible codes out of it.
Now I'm trying to make New Inlet manifold and New 72mm Throttle body. I will post them in two days

With 100mm³/inj and 1750bar rail pressure I have no problem. In a few next days I will upgrade with Joel's Stage 2 clutch and make some new tests.

I didn't made measurement, but from comparison of my and Joel's times and vehicle mass (147 vs. GT, 1500-4000rpm, 4th gear) assumption is that I have about +240HP and +450Nm...

I've asked you because on Facebook "Sprintauto Service" has a Saab 1.9 2260v with 243 injectors making 270Whp & 476Nm [email protected], I want to make sure I don't smoke at all, or a little ; if I do like you or find and fit a 308 injector, with this kind power
