Has to be the easiest Job in the world. I would recommend you use a magnetic tip screw driver. If you drop the screw in the space between the engine bay and the cab you will never see the screw again.
unscrew the cover that covers the cover
unscrew the cover over the fuse box. look for a wee handle behind the fuse box. pull the handle and hay presto the filter will appear! swap it with a new one. or clean it if your a grippy swine. the just reassemble!
Now a lesson Don't just assume you need one! I was disappointed to see that the old pollen filter wasn't very old at all!
