The trim on the passenger side on the inside of the rear footwell has been damaged (see pics). I want to repair by gluing the trim back I'm place.

However I'm not sure how to paint it to get the right colour back. Something like household emulsion probably won't be durable enough and I'm not sure vehicle paint is right.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Also are you proposing the section that covers whole of rear passenger side back to parcel shelf?

Ah. Just had another look at your pictures, looks blueish. This one's standard black unfortunately.

Yeah my interior is blue which is unusual, which is why I asked!

You can get vinyl spray paint, though doubt it would match that blue.

Is the trim made of vinyl and not plastic?

Even if u manage to repair it strong enough so it doesn't break .Doubt it if they paint will be a perfect match

Is that part all of the quarter trim or just part of it .If it's only part u may get away with replacing both sides back

It's part of the whoke rear quarter.

Was thinking could get some emulsion mixed at hardware shop by taking a broken bit in for scanning. But not sure emulsion will be durable enough or take very well to the trim material surface?
