heard a bit of a whimper from my steering the other day after initial start up. nothing major but the car is almost 5 so im thinking its probably due.
also i know its meant to be green, but what is the fluid called?

It is called Tutela GI-R

Check the reservoir to see if fluid is frothing/being forced
out the pressure relief hole in the cap. Reservoir check-valve
failure is common and does mean the system will start making a few
noises.

Mine failed after 2 years. iirc

You need 2 litres. System itself takes a bit more than 1 litre, the rest is for flush.
