In the event the decision get's overturned to give the car back, how much would you say a 57 plate 159 Lusso with 46K on the clock is worth?

Bearing in mind most of the issues have now been resolved (May I say at my own cost), it still has trouble starting (unless you put your foot on the throttle to warm it a bit) due to wiring back to glow plug relay. But in all fairness shouldn't be overly drastic to fix.

Previous work done:

Injectors
Glow Plugs
Relay
MAF Sensor
MAP Sensor
EGR
CV Joints
Steering Fluids
Rear brake assembly

I know it needs a small amount of work so factoring in for that, but quotes so far have varied so wildly it's silly.

Take care, you may find you could trade in for 5K against a car you've got down to 15K. But that you could pay 14K for outright. Dealers often have inflated trade-in values like this.
So here is the deal, 4.8K for my car on a 2010 plate hot hatch costing 13.5K with 11,000 miles on the clock. Equating to 200 a month over 36 Months..

In all fairness I'll probably settle it after the first year. But, that's the offer.

Misses needs a new car and I'm getting rid of my 159 anyway..
