After a complete repair of the engine, the injectors seem to pump too much fuel thus making the sparks wet and the exhaust has a strong gasoline scent. I wonder if it is possible to modify it!

Your car is almost certainly on L-Jetronic which is non adjustable(not by normal means anyway).If your car is overfuelling check the fuel pressure and if that is within the correct figures,then check the correct operation of AFM:)

Well, i found where the problem could be, and that's in the big number of temperature indicators that go to the computer, so i just need to check all of them...

These have Bosch L/LE Jetronic, and the problem is most likely to be the coolant temperature sensor. These can fail completely, allowing the ECU to think the engine needs buckets of fuel.
Also make sure the throttle position switch is correctly set - it should 'click' as the throttle is opened. That tells the ECU to switch from idle to part load maps.
