How do I change Blower Control Dial bulb ?

Anyone know how to get to the bulb that illuminates the blower control switch (middle of the 3 centre console dials) ?

Noticed it has blown, but don't want to take a screwdriver to the bits without knowing whether they should prise off or not !

Would have been even easier if you coul just pull the dials off and do it without dismantling half the car.

While you are at it. may as well replace all the bulbs. Another is bound to blow soon after.
