Based on the data collected through the loops in our highway system, data wich is available to the general public, someone has created a website where you can see the highest measured speed this year to date (276 km/h) and today (254 km/h) and a couple other (current) excesses.

Yes we do like a bit of pressure on the loud pedal :D

I usually go to Germany for that, but I'm in a luxury position, with only 30 km to the nearest unrestricted stretch :)

Limited to 120 in many areas (or during parts of the day), 100 around towns.

50 over local max loses you your license...

@ADF - There's a bit - but not a lot. Not more than anywhere else, I believe.

The data used for the site are publc, but d not cntain user license or car license data. Will help the police to determine where to have their mobile units stationed though...
