I'll be needing to replace the injection pump on my 147 JTD 1.9 16v. Stock, it's required to do 1400bar, currently I'm asking it to do 1600bar but at full throttle in barely makes 1550. I know that the pump from Opel/Vauxhal does 1600bar stock, does anyone know if it is plug-n-play on the alfa?. I know that the one from the new 159 is not!

Thanks!

Wait a second, the Mjet should do 1600Bar inside the rail...why the pump is doing only 1400Bar.

The Opel uses the same engine so it should be straight fit.

Was yours 140 or facelifted 150bhp?

Try talking to:

common rail, common diesel rail, bosch common rail, delphi common rail, common rail direct injection

MAybe they can help.
Nope, stock 140 (like mine) or "facelifted" 150hp "only" use 1400bar. The only ones that do 1600 stock are the 159 and all CDTIs.

Thanx!
