Hi Guys
I cleaned my throttle body and fixed some air leaks etc on my yr2000 2.0 TS. After that the idle was too high at about 1200 rpm. I had just used Alfadiag to reset my Airbag light (hurrah) and so tried the reset for the idle actuator and adaptive parameters.
The car then idled at 2000 rpm regardless of how many resets I did. I then read a tip from Alfa-BR on the 156 forum where he suggested resetting with your foot slightly on the throttle pedal. One reset later the idle was 880 - 920 rpm. Worth knowing!
One question though. Does anyone know how to correctly set the throttle return screw? Mine is backed right out away from the cam.
Tks.....Berni
