With Love

Thanks all for the warm welcome, hope to enjoy my stay.

I need help though with my Alfa 147jtd, it will not start after changing my turbo charger. It happened on my way traveling with my family, we realized that the car was smoking very very bad so we had to stop at a toll booth on a highway to check the problem that when a mechanic around found that my turbo charger was fried and that the charger was draining the engine oil into the exhaust, the reason of the tick smock. However the oil in the engine has drop so low if i am not lucky i will spoil the engine too. We moved the car to a proper mechanic shop (not Alfa specialist though) and changed the charger. The car started correctly after the change and we left it on to run for a while, after about 20 minutes we turn it off and when i was ready to leave that shop, we started it again and it was alright but when i try to raise the fire it will not raise, still on the idle state. I step on the accelerator pedal all the way to the ground and the engine fire will not raise. I left the car and took a public transport with my family back home. The day after, i instructed my main Alfa auto electrician specialist to travel to go and have a look at the job these guys did and also ascertain why that problem and fix it. He called me later in the day to tell me about the job the guys did was ok but the car will not start now. He did all he can but the car will not start. Ignition and everything comes on though but it will not start. Please friends HELP HELP HELP

I'm seriously considering getting a rear window sticker made that blatantly steals the forum sig from another member:

"Alfa Romeo - If you have to ask why, you wouldn't understand if I told you"
