Hi,

I had mk2 renault laguna 1.9dci and it suffered the common injector fault. was great, trouble free for first 3 years, then fault after fault the 4th year, drove me up the wall and sold it for scrap.

So i'm in market to look for a new run around car. I like the look of the 159(wagon or saloon not fussed), but dont know much about the reliability.
brief research... seems like I should avoid the 1.9 diesel because it has a weak gearbox? They seem to be the most common on sale on autotrader too.
So i guess I am looking at the 2.0 or 2.4 diesel.

What other common problems do these seem to suffer?

ahhh seems like i cant add a link here.

but theres one for sale on pistonheads in kent for £2200 1.9 with 96k miles. too good to be true? too cheap?
