Think they are classed as 17inch teardrop alloys.

I think they did come with some 147s. But don't quote me on that.

cheers people, wasn't sure as had 7 147's jtd's lol and there all had clover-leaf and the 4 four 2,4jtd's 156's ,thought i'd got a find but this car is weird look at its inside has (pic attached) tan seats but heater switch don't work , it's got plenty of pull as 140bhp car but think the interiour has been added as the door cards are black, it's got no cruise or radio buttons but xecon projector headlights ,no lcd read-out on heaters, then the alarm full closer only works on opening , if i hold the button windows open but don't close when locking , though for 500 mot till April on-off wheels just miss my cruise-control never relised how much i use it till getting this one

The close function was removed on later cars, it wont have the pinch sensors in the door near the front of the glass (was a health and safety thing).
If the seats have been added, that could explain why heaters dont work, are they plugged in?
Are they projectors in the lights, or HID's as they look glarey even on the photo?

That is not the wheel in the OP's post.
Look at the direction of the points.

Similar, but different.
Both the wheel you've linked to and the OP's were early 156 options.

Doh  well spotted.

The document I posted was from part of a 147 accessories brochure.
Out of interest does anyone know of any online 156 brochures or accessorie brochures (pics, PDFs or even scans) I've got loads of them from the 147 onwards but nothing for a 156.

You can add cruise for peanuts. Just buy the stalk and lower steering cowl and job done.

Looks a bit f a mish mash of perts. But to be honest most are anyway.

Really?

That's an interesting piece of information. Does it work with the FL 147 too?

Surely there's more to it than that? If so, I should have done that ages ago.

Yep, it has been covered A LOT on here.
Simply:
Buy the stalk and lower column cover (correct 147 or 156 versions)
Remove old stalk
Fit new stalk

Job done.

Doesn't apply to pre 2002 156 (ie original interior).

Remarkable. I cannot believe I missed that gem of information.

I shall start my search right away.

Sorry for derailing the solved thread. :depressed:

Cheers!
