Hi could anyone take a picture of ignition barell wired up because i cant figure out how to put it right?

On which car......?

I've just removed an ignition unit from a 156 today, so could get a picture tomorrow....but what is the issue ? - the original plugs are such that they will only fit one way......

they where all disconected when i got the car,because someone was trying to steel it,
i got them back on but the parking lights come on straight away when you torn on the ignition.So i think i might have one or two wires wrong.

Its a 99 model V6 2.5

Ah - someone didn't know about immobilisers.....I'll try to remember to photo / detail the ignition wiring tomorrow - if you want, give me a call on 07976 384980 around midday to remind me......

Remembered to chop the plugs out of the loom before I scrapped the car, but couldn't remember who had posted about it.......

There are two plugs - one in a T-shape - reading left to right, the top of the "T" has Yellow/green, yellow/black, orange/black, with the leg of the "T" having blue/white.

The other plug is just a straight 3 in line, with a locator tab at one end.....from that end the wires are red/black, Thick Brown, and blue/red.

If you need the plugs, I've chopped them off with a couple of inches of wire, so you could piece them out.....give me a shout if I can help.
