Good Morning Hive mind,
So the good news is my 500 quid tatty spider Florence has an MOT! (no small feat I can assure you)
The bad news is I have a new clunking noise.
It is coming from the front left wheel/area.
It is related to road speed and is it seems 1 "clunk" per wheel revolution.
Not very loud and can only really be heard (and just about felt) at low speeds 0 to 30. after that road noise in general masks it.

In gear or not makes little/no difference.

I know it needs fixing but I would hate to rush and replace a pile of things before finding "the one".
so - what should I be looking for?
thank you all!

Anyone got a red fuel filler flap?....my hinge snapped :ermm:

Perhaps a silly suggestion but have you checked the tyre for a stone?
Have you also give the various bits a gentle tap with rubber mallet to track down the rattle.
I had a really annoying low speed rattle on mine and it was a lose bracket on suspension that was easily fixed.
