hi, been meaning to join for ages so here i am!
does anyone know what the prob may be with my 147 gear stick? i`m getting all my gears ok but there seems to be far to much travel on it. it feels "floppy" and is ruining the driving experiance. also the biting point on the clutch is just off the floor but seems to work ok.. could it need a fluid change? i`ve only just bought this one and its my 3rd alfa ( sud and spider before), but that was a while ago, and after getting the camshaft done by alfa workshop, want to get everything sorted. happy new year to you all!

my 147 is exactly the same...the gear stick i think is spring loaded and these springs obviously wear...think its quite an easy job. as for the clutch ive been told that bleeding it is the first step and see what its like after that.
