Hi Folks,

Had my 16" alloys refurbed today by The Wheel Specialist in Manchester, what do you all think?

I love them, think they set the car off even more in the smoked chrome finish...can't wait for some nice weather so i can wash the car!!!

Well, 156zoo I am really considering doing this but my insurance company has told me that am only allowed 2 modifications, which I already have had done. They tried to say that me having them refurbed was a mod, but I argued they weren't and they said ok, made sure they added it on my log that i rang and told them my wheels are now painted smoked chrome!! Might have to look elsewhere come July, if i want to get her dropped 30mm....:lol:

I prefer original wheels original colours, but that just my taste...Needs to be lower, my wifes 147 is the same a little high but i'm going to wait for some 17" multi spokes to come my way before i lower it...

Yup, you right there, will probably get it lowered when i come round to renewing insurance July....

Stromboli silver. gettin new tyres and lowered at the same time along with new brakes forward and aft.

Hi mate how much did it cost for all four? Did they come to you?

Some spaz (ahem) has curbed the wheels on my car really badly and they could do with a refurb...

yes they do anthracite cos thats what i'm getting. Romax at Stockton are doing the wheels for me.
