I have done a quick search but can't find anything specific to my ordered car.

I'm seriously considering winter tyres, which probably means I'll get a spare set of alloys as well.

So can anyone recommend some good winter tyres and alloys that would fit my Speciale?

Do the spare alloys have to be staggered?

What effect does replacement alloys have on the TPMS?

I've also been looking into this. So far I've found the only options for winter tyres to fit the existing wheels with their staggered sizes are Pirelli Sotozero ii run flats, Michilin Pilot Alpin 4 or Bridgestone Blizzack LM001. No experience of any of these though.

I'm also considering a second set of wheels in the same size so am interested in how the tpms thing works with two sets.

I think I've almost answered my own question.

Done a bit of Googling and discovered a site called wheelbase.

They have 18" Alloys for sale, a number of different manufacturers and will supply tyres fitted to the wheels.

Do I need Run Flat Winters? Probably yes.

I'm only on page 5 of 13 and have already found about 5 wheels I like.

Just need to find out about TPMS.

Just received my Nokia Hakka 9 studded wintertires! 17" 225/50.

Don't think that run flat is a must even on summer tires.

TPMS is optional. The car will give you a warning every time you start the car, but it goes away in a few seconds. Here in Sweden the TPMS cost about 50£ a wheel.

I'm now looking for rims to go with the tires. Seems to be some good ones on Ebay.

Can’t find any data on the offset for the staggered set up, presuming hubs and discs/calipers are same super to speciale then I’m guessing there is a larger offset on the 18 rears just providing more clearance and that you could fit 7.5 J rims all round for winter tyres if that makes sense.

The data I have is:-

Centre Bore 65.1mm
PCD 5x110

7.5Jx17 ET33
or
Fr 8Jx18 ET33
Rr 9Jx18 ET34
or
Fr 8Jx19 ET33
Rr 9Jx19 ET34

For winters I'll go with the 17" on my Speciale :)
Great info thanks, which means for around the same money as a set of Pirelli run flats I can have rims tyres and repair kit. Rims and tyres an easier proposition to sell when the Quadrifoglio comes along.

I'm contemplating getting the 18" Giulia teledials, which are a satin dark grey finish... Does anyone have experience using satin finish wheels - I'm worried how they'll do in terms of winter grime... we get a lot of salt on the roads here in Denmark.

I'm strugling with a similar dilema.

I've found some really nice wheels, but they are either polished or two tone and I doubt they would fare well in winter conditions ( I could be wrong ).

So I've found these which a similar to my turbines.

Wow, I quite like these to be honest:

They are very reminiscent of the GQ technico wheels. I can't seem to find them in a trim that fits the Giulia though?

Well I've ordered a set of the Quadrifoglio Teledials with TPMS and Winter Tyres fitted.

They should be with me some time next week.

The only minor concern I have is with the TPMS because I'm moving up from 18" to 19" will it give off a false reading?

Where have you got them from if you don't mind my asking?

It was an internet purchase from a UK supplier. Performance Alloys. I spent all Tuesday, yesterday and this morning sourcing the wheels and tyres.

I had thought I'd end up with BBS or Oz Wheels but the PCD, ET (Offset), kept getting in the way, so I went back to the 19" wheels in the hope they could get a set of RFT Winters, (I couldn't find any).
