I have come into some cash and want to change the wheels on my GTV6, but I don't know how wide I can go and what offset to get.

What I want is 7.5x16 front and 8x16 rear.

Is this possible or are they too wide? If it is possible what would the offset have to be?

The bodywork on the car is standard and I would like it to stay that way. The wheels will be coming from Image Wheels so I have to be able to give them all of these details.

The tyre sizes will be 215/50/16 front and 245/45/16 rear. I know thats alot of rubber giving alot of grip, with the potential to damage the running gear, but the car is more for showing than drag racing.

I hope someone can help.

Cheers,

Tony
