I drove 150 miles from Plymouth to Cardiff on Friday and since been driving around Cardiff fine....today as i decideed to go home my clutch pedal felt as if it was getting looser and now i can tput it in gear unless i turn the engine off and start it in 1st gear and then fight to change gear.....RAC came out and said its either Slave cylinder or clutch. Which is more likely......never seemed to slip at all or anything before so i hope its just the cylinder....????

One cylinder sits on top of the gearbox housing, the other is right near the clutch pedal, look for signs of leaks around those areas. The gearbox is easy to see, if you are still not sure clean up the area, re fill with fluid and bleed then check for leaks.
