I am sure a main dealer will organise a new parcel shelf for you. I bought a new parcel shelf for my new-to-me GT from the main dealer in Reading back in July - the one the car came with was dented and had gone all 'furry' on the top - not nice!
A new parcel shelf really smartened up the car, along with new internal trim to the boot lip (broken inside), new sill liners for both doors (the 'kick plates' on old ones were really scuffed) and touching up some minor nicks and marks on the leather seats and door cards. And I'd recommend a genuine Alfa semi rigid boot liner, which is very reasonably priced and available via the official Alfa accessories website.
I will check out an Alfa dealer. The wife, after splitting up kept the GT up until yesterday. Agreed to give me it back if I gave her my puegeot 406 estate. When I got there to swap cars I noticed she had took my JVC mutlimedia sat nav and the parcel shelf was missing. She had got her mate to do the swap, so I never got to speak to her. A women scorned you might say!!! Any how to end this little story she didn't get the 406 and I have just purchased a new media system. Just a parcel shelf now.
My facelifted interior car has dreadful mid level fans... The ones for the legs and windscreen seem to work fine and it definitely isn't the cabin filter as I change it often enough so it doesn't become clogged.
Is there a motor or flaps that can be adjusted?
I did change the infocentre in the...
Possibly a project for someone who is on lockdown! I've had to make a difficult decision to part with my Alfa 156 Sport. Unfortunately, like many, it will require some welding to the floor pan. I'm not fully aware of the extent of welding required, but upon lifting the carpet in...
I’ve changed the clutch master on a 156 TS as the old one was leaking and I never had a consistent pedal. I had several secondhand ones that came from cars that all had good clutches before the parts were removed so I reasoned one of them at least must be working. I’ve fitted all of them and...
I've bought some new headlamps for the GT (magnetti marelli) and they both seem to have milky marks on the inside chrome casing, I haven't fitted them yet as in two minds if I send back or if they will disappear with the heat. Anyone had similar experience?
