New to the Alfa GT
So, I'm reading through the manual, as one does, and it states...
WARNING. The ignition should not be left in MAR with the engine off.
...well, ok, but how do I sit in it and play with the MFD, Stereo, 'n' stuff then?
Infact, it would suggest that I cant, without the engine on.
So, having no other position on the ign barrel that activates the electrickery, am I to understand that the days of listening to the stereo while messing around with the car are over?
Thanks fellas

p158 of your GT Manual.

You can set the radio to either turn off automatically with the ignition or have it stay on with a 20-minute timer.
That allows you to listen with the ignition off.

In the old days there was the possibility of overheating the HT coil if you left the ignition on for ages (according to my dad anyhow!).
On a more modern car you risk flattening the battery if you do it for too long (especially if the heated screens, seats etc are turned on).

You can listen to the radio any time with the ignition off. Just press the radio on button.
Even if the timer is set to 0-minutes ?
