How is it some week's you can go and fill that wonky wheeled trolly full to bursting and even

have your loo roll hanging off the bag hook and it only come to £100 ... and others .... like

today with me ... not have enough to feed an anorexic sparrow for the week and it come to

the same amount ...

I get the very same issue Joe......I can't understand it!

I think it's when you look at two items, then pick up the one that is say, 15% more....then you do it again in the next isle and so on.

With work being quiet I've started to work out is what isn't worthwhile regards Sainsburys own stuff.

Depends if you go shopping before or after you've eaten ?

Always more expensive if you shop hungry.

My advice is to devise a shopping list which comes to about £80 in total and stick to the very same items every single week, from the same store.
