Last week someone stole my aerial, this morning I found the bonnet of my 147 keyed:mad:
The pressure was so great that the bonnet dented under the force!
I have not made any enemies here,I don't even speak their language,I am always friendly to my neighbours and always nod hello.

We live in an upmarket area so that could be the problem, according to my wife:confused:

It a sad indictment of society. Here in my little village I've had two cars damaged so now put the GT away in the garage, even if it's just for an hour. I have no enemies as far as I know and it's a low crime area. Unfortunately, intead of working hard for a living to get a nice car themselves they'd rather damage others. If I ever causght anyone damaging one of my cars I would break all of their fingers, one by one.

Every week-end we have teens walking through our area on their way home after nightclubbing. The clubs over here open at 1 in the morning and close at 6!
I will be awake at 5,with my baseball bat.
My Rottweiller is sleeping in the car tonight..
I wonder what is the prison sentence for GBH here in Portugal!:)

I feel for you Garry, my bro's 147 JTD was keyed a few weeks ago at home and my Twinnie was parked besides it and I escaped without damage, same scenario, new to area no enemies and no aquaitances in area either! His car has been fully resprayed at a cost of £2300 and his insurance will most likely rocket this year! Scum bags that are a waste of space and time most likely living off benefits that the taxpayer has to support and our government insists on dishing out easily! If I every caught them doing it they would be denting my car but with their head! I hope you get it sorted, all the best!

Thats awful, I know the feeling live on a fairly busy street and all the little [email protected] walk home drunk thinking it will be fun. Had the mirrors pushed round on all 3 of our cars last weekend, fortunately they all went back ok, my wifes car has been keyed twice, I have seen drunked idiots walking over cars, not mine lucky for them.

The stupid thing is though, probably everyone on these boards is a normal upstanding member of society, yet if you couaght one of these [email protected] and got, justifiably, angry and dished out a beating who would get arrested?

You not the drunken idiot doing criminal damage yet without their actions nothing would have happened, just another example of the crap country we live in.

Thanks for the kind thoughts people:)
This morning we woke up with graffiti sprayed on my neighbours walls:mad:
I gave him a hand removing most of it.
A member of parliament lives down the road from me,he has a permanent guard posted outside his house. It must be very cozy in there, because he sleeps most of the time and never sees anything!

We live between to fairly popular student pubs, and every October car vandalism goes through the roof when the new students arrive. Since last weekend, I've had my aerial pulled off, someone's run over my bonnet and roof, and my wing mirror was kicked into the gutter. I'm sure that in their enebriated state they are just "having a bit of fun"; I bet none of them have any concept of the irritation, inconvenience, and cost of the damage they are causing

Sorry to hear that Mave but I think you are being too forgiving. As they are students I'm assuming that they are not totally brain dead, they must know the hassle and expense they are causing - they just don't care.
