Hi all,

New to the Forum, I own a Giulietta 2013 1.4 TB MultiAir

I have recently discovered a leak from the hose shown in the photo below. In addition, I have found a hose connecting the turbo to a sensor to have snapped. Any idea what the snapped part is and how it may have occurred? Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Huh. My 2016 hoses don't have the braiding. 😢
The other half should be hanging down from a block with 4-5 vacuum hoses of the same size. Front of the car; best visible from the side (right in driving direction).

It's way too cold for me to go out there and take a photo......... 😁

In cruise control climbing a long hill, the turbo would at full (in dynamic); and after about 30 seconds the car goes into limp mode. Very annoying!

Looks like you've taken a photo of what the pipe attaches to. In the 2nd photo above your finger is the turbo actuator on the side of the turbo. You can see a tube on the side that the broken vacuum hose fits onto. Easy to get at when you pull the engine cover off. You might be able to make the remaining hose fit if it's long enough or you might need a new hose. A car spares shop should have some, just make sure you get the right internal diameter and that it's suitable for vacuum use.
As above for the water pipe repair.
