Hello everyone. Here's a rundown of the modifications I have made to my beautiful Giulietta QV over the 8months or so of ownership. I will update with pictures and new mods as I do them. Hope this can help any of you who are looking to do some modifications to your car. A lot of these can be done to most models as well.

ENGINE/TUNING MODS
-custom air induction piping with K&N cone filter. (Removed original airbox/induction system and piping)
-Forge billet aluminium wastegate with 20psi spring.
- Custom downpipe back 2.75inch straight through exhaust.

EXTERIOR MODS.
- Maxton designs front lip spoiler/diffuser with red pinstripe.
- Plasti dipped front grill (red surround with black inserts)
- Alfisti rear diffuser in gloss black
- Akrapovic carbon 100mm exhaust tips
-Akrapovic decal for rear diffuser
- Red Alfa Romeo windscreen sunstrip decal
- K&N logo in white on bottom of front windscreen
- Forge, Maxton designs and gfb (go fast bits) decals from parts bought. (Not yet applied)

INTERIOR MODS
- Bluetooth obd ECU reader
- Dashboard mounted tablet with torque app for ecu/engine monitoring.
- 7" touch screen rear view mirror dashcam with front and rear camera
- Turbosmart boost gauge
-Boost gauge pillar mount
- Alfa Romeo seatbelt pads
- Alfa Romeo branded rubber matt for top glove lid (looks great from outside as the lid is always up because of the tablet)
- Disco ball lighting (very cool at night)

PLANNED MODS
- turbosmart manual boost controller
- Airtec pro series front mount intercooler
- Ragazzon catless downpipe
- Spider chiptuning box or remap
- Alfa Romeo logo decal on dashboard fascia (the brushed metal piece)
- Various decals from parts I have bought (forge, gfb, Turbosmart etc.)
- Lowering springs/coilovers (may not do this as not practical round my area with speed bumps everywhere) plus front and rear diffusers already make the bodywork closer to the ground.

And that's everything (I think) if you have any questions feel free to ask and any suggestions are welcomed as well. As I said I will add pictures of the mods at some point. Hope this helps for those looking to modify their GQV. I am running 20psi boost and an estimated 250hp (could be more) aiming for 300 with remap or tuning box. Making sure I have the right engine modifications (induction kit, Intercooler, free flowing exhaust etc.) first before going for big power (very important).

Another addition/purchase made. Lovely big Airtec Intercooler.
Did you already install the airtec, and how do you rate the results?
My QV will have one installed shortly as well, so interested in what to expect.

Have just installed it a couple of days ago as I put a new turbo on and go fast bits diverter valve+ on as well. It makes a noticeable difference. A lot smoother power delivery along with the diverter valve which allows boost to be kept on up shift without dumping it all like the stock valve did. Definitely recommend doing the diverter valve along with the Intercooler. Sounds very nice as well when lifting of the throttle with the cone intake pipe. The Intercooler definitely improved the efficiency of the turbo and smoother power delivery when on boost. I'm running about 23psi on mine at around 265bhp. Sticking a catless downpipe on and remap for around 300hp in the near future as the stock downpipe with cat in is the main component that stops you from getting higher than I'm running atm without straining the engine as the exhaust flow is too restricted with a cat in.

I fitted a Racechip S to mine and you can feel the difference, they claim an extra 46 HP which takes it up to around 287hp and an extra 56 Nm Torque but not had this checked. To be honest what ever the increase actually is it has made the car a little undrivable especially on wet/damp roads as it just wheel spins.

Alfa got the power just right with this car at the Standard 241 HP

To be honest what ever the increase actually is it has made the car a little undrivable especially on wet/damp roads as it just wheel spins.

is a matter of how the ecu allows the boost to build up.
My QV currently has around 270hp, with boost coming in very gradually and only full boost at higher revs. So the car is fast without being undriveable and is better for clutch as well.

Before I had this mapping, my prev mapping had same issue: way too much boost at low revs which made it very difficult to drive / accelerate out of corners etc. So is a matter of ecu mapping more than having too much power!

Agree with that, mine is all or nothing so when the boost comes in it just goes mental

not sure if I may hijack this topic for my update, but just had my QV remapped: 295hp and 478Nm.
my setup:
- JTD performance hybrid K04 turbo
- JTD performance upgraded clutch (Sachs stage 2)
- revlimit custom stage-3 ecu-mapping
- Airtec FMIC upgraded intercooler
- BMC airfilter
- Ragazzon 2,5" downpipe, center silencer and race kat (oem catback)

As it turns out, more power would be possible but air flow is restricted in the inlet and exhasut, same K04 hybrid turbo combined with BMC CDA airbox and full 3" exhaust is measured at same rolling road at 325pk (link)

Thats a lovely setup, im running around 300 atm dont wanna push her too hard, done over 100,000miles, got a 3" staight pipe exhaust with ragazzon downpipe no cats or silencers, VERY LOUD but so satisfying when flooring the loud pedal haha. Also not running air box just cone filter and intake piping straight to the turbo for some lovely cool dense air. Stiffer wastegate spring, gfb diverter valve as it can handle any power compared to the stock one which was very worn when I changed it. Love the car now esopecially in dynamic mode!

if anyone is interested I am looking to sell my RaceChip S, retail for £139 so if interested will probably take £90 for it.

I use the car daily and to be honest I started to find the frenetic nature a little tiresome. You can definitely feel a difference but what I cant do is give power figures as not had on a dyno. Racechip quote +46 HP and +65 Nm torque.

Which Forge Wastegate Valve did you already installed?
I search an new one for my Delta 1,75 TBI too.
Is it with overboost or vacuum controlled?

Here's the interior mods/additions I've made.
If you don't mind me asking which Central SmartMirror are you using? I tried a few from Auto-Vox but couldn't get the cable in because of the top bit (Seat belts indicators) as the cable goes in from the top
