Hi there,

My first post, so hello everyone, and before anyone asks....I have tried to search for a answer in the other threads!

I have a 2011 Giulietta Veloce (and love it), the Blue & Me system and the the RadioNav Screen has recently started to freeze ...the symptoms vary (some buttons/screens work some do not) but what always happens is you cannot turn off whatever is playing on the Radio or USB etc. I can turn off the engine get out of the car and lock the doors and the Radio will still be playing, at whatever volume it froze at, which can be quite embarrassing lol! It sometimes sorts itself out in 10 mins and the system turns itself off and the screen closes normally or it has been overnight and still been on the next morning. I took it to a specialist garage the other day as along with the system freezing the odometer started flashing too (I know there is another thread about this particular issue) and they put a diagnostic on it and it came up with a CAN error which they could not clear so have recommended a new head unit! But....when I got home I found out that if I pull the 10A blade fuse and re-insert it it clears the fault (and the flashing odometer) so since then I currently driving around with a pair of long nose pliers in the glove box! I wondered if anyone else has experienced this and has a solution.....they haven't quoted me yet on a new head unit but I imagine it could be quite pricey?

You can set the radio/CD to stop 10, 20, 30mins after you turn ignition off.
I prefer to turn it off at same time as engine, ‘0’ mins.
