Hi,

Has anyone had their catalytic converter removed?

If so, can you tell me whether the cat is on the down pipe or underneath the car?

I don't really want to remove all the undertray to check and I haven't had any luck online.

It is right at the front of the engine, just below the exhaust manifold, and it part of the DPF

They tend not to cause issues on the Giulietta, and because of the legal issues not many have had them removed.

in fact, the dpf regen can't work without the cat, or with non-functioning cat.
