Had my G for some weeks now and love it!
2012 model with 1.4l 170bhp and TCT gearbox.

So far i have fitted:
-K&N air filter
-TMC tuning box (two connectors)

A dual exhaust (No rear silencer) and diffuser is on the way.

Is there other tings i can do to upgrade? Or things i should consider afther the tuning upgrades i have allready done?

Intercooler upgrade? Have read that it could lose power at lower revs?
Have also read some where about inlet restriction?

Help/tips wanted :)

Looks an interesting concept - but if tweaked software can improve the gearbox by 28%, why didn't Alfa do it? Given the DNA switch, it's not like Alfa was averse to varying the software...What's the payoff in TCT gearbox life (which is going to mean vehicle life in most cases), fuel economy etc?
Anyone plugged one of these bad boys in and lived with the results for a year or two?

Move the catalytic converter from the turbo downpipe to under the car. Allows the turbo to run cooler and spool up faster. Ragazzon do a kit for this but it isn't cheap.

I had it on my Mito 1.4 QV TCT for 18 months with zero issues. It supposedly reduces clutch wear if you read all the info on the product. I had a panel filter, TMC tuning box, then fitted the Autoflash and it was the best mod by miles. Well worth the money. It always seems to be in the right gear with lots of torque available through the rev range. Do it!!

Do you know of people who actually tried the camshaft?

As for the original question, the MA is quite limited to tuning and you usually top at 185-195 max, so I wouldn't get my hopes up too much.

Don't except power gain from a bigger intercooler, you however do get noticeably less power loss. The increased turbo lag is little to none. (probably depending on which one you'll get though)

Have considered a TD04 or any other turbo but it's ridiculously expensive and requires a proper remap to make it all work, from what I've heard most who've done it had issues...
