IF I order a TI, what colour? Was thinking white (but if I buy will anyone want it in 3 years), dark grey (too B*W?), or red (water soluble paint?).

WWJD? Or what would you do?

Theyre all good but red is very prone to stone chips etc.
Got the grey myself and no one ever said there goes a BMW :)

White is a riskier colour, very in vogue at the moment but even then many people wont touch it. When you combine a niche car with a niche colour youre really minimising you potential purchase market for the future....
Would stick with one of the other colours myself.

Very good point.

Personally, I would go with the classic Alfa combination of red with tan seats. Make that metallic red.

Black and red/tan/black seats IMO is another winning combination.

Stromboli Grey. The only choice!

Keeps clean longer than black, but isn't rep car silver.

A great compromise.
When I bought mine last year, there were 3 cars in, 2x metallic black, 1x grey. All had simliar mileage, the grey one was much, much better off in the stone chip dept.

Just my thoughts.

I wouldn't go for white. You are only seeing it get popular on BMWs and Audis as the owners of them are so desperate to have a car that looks different to every third car that passes (that is invariably another Audi/BMW).

With a 159 you don't have that issue!

Grey, with dark wheels gets my vote.

I am in the same boat as the OP, however who gives a S**t its an Alfa regardless of the colour ;)

P.S. I am hedging for a White 2.0jtd, have had the Carbonio Black on my Spider, am not sure the Stromboli does it for me and am barred from owning any Red cars due to a strange violent dream the Mrs had about a red car!!!! :)

Amazing how different everybodys opinion is on this subject but guess its very personal. Just ordered one in white with natural - looks head and shoulders better in the flesh than the other combos mentioned. Red looks good too but think white has the edge and is ÂŁ500 cheaper. Didn't go for the Titanium colour wheels because they don't match the satin mirror covers. Motorways are full of black & grey cars so my advice is white or Alfa red with Natural!

It looks great in black, but will always look filthy - then if you arent extremely careful - it gets swirled up.

he 159 is a bit bland in silver and lots of people seem to have horrendous big stonechips on the red cars.

...hence my second is stromboli grey, the first was black.
