Does anyone know what fluid to use and where it goes? My gears are beginning to crunch and I want to check the levels first. It's a PH1 TS.

Synthetic-based engine oil, SAE 75W80 EP grade that passes API GL5 and MIL-L-2105 D LEV. specifications. Recommended TUTELA CAR ZC 75 Synth.

TUTELA CAR ZC 75 Synth is fully synthetic. You just need SAE 75W80 GL5, either fully or semi synthetic.

Quite possibly the problem is the clutch not fully releasing because it needs bleeding. Easy fix if so, and good practice to do anyway.
