Funny thing happened yesterday, mechanic jacked up my gtv to investigate an oil leak. Started engine with car on an axle stand and jack still underneath. We are both underneath the car looking for fresh oil and what is tht bloody noise...omg i say what the hell is that, mechanic says jesus sounds like a bag of spanners, variator i ask?? no ....any guesses ??

Rough idea of where the noise is coming from?

Is there oil in it?
