Hi All

I took the pump apart to see how i need to move forward gaining more pressure , Ive chosen a pump but the question is do i need a regulator to feed fuel back into the tank like the standard setup, Or can i just rig it up to pump fuel straight to the non return regulator fitted on the engine.
I ask as im not sure if not having a constant flow would damage the pump
