Hello , reading through several threads re poor fuel figures .. Some suggestions re front light cluster and other re Tyre pressure. To add to them I wonder if there is any difference between the turimso\lusso and Ti models ..as in the Ti suspension is lower that lusso. Lower car = less drag = better fuel consumption ...maybe!!

Tyres will have the biggest impact on consumption between the trim levels.

If you ant better economy then Michelin Energy are the best bet.

You will have to swap the rims to piddly 16"-er though.

I think mine must be scraping on the ground then, hence the low mpg! Must check the tyre pressures mind....

Think the heavy wheels and big tyres make the TI the least economical.

In the world of racing bikes they reckoned that saving weight on the wheels was worth double anywhere else. So 18" horseshoes at 12.6 kg each before tyres ain't light. Interestingly the 18" multispoke are 400gm more. Sounds like a good case for some OZ ultraleggeras.....
