Can anyone please tell me what could be the reason that my wipers dont work on fast or when you push them up for a quick wipe, when the other two settings work.

I'd like to know that as well; but as my car is being looked at as we speak I'll find out the answer by tonight. Mine has rain sensing wipers so count yourself lucky! I suspect your failure could be the lever - but don't quote me on that!
