I'm looking to replace the front discs on my t/s. When I've removed the hub & disc from the car, does the disc just need to be pressed out from the hub as it's a tight fit. The workshop manual isn't clear at all.

Depending on how rusty they are you might have to go as far as removing the hub and disc from the vehicle, and hammering out the wheel bolts, and then hammering out the hub. If you use heat you will need to remove all the wheel bearing grease, and refit with fresh grease and seal. Or if you are lazy and have the time you can just leave plus gas OR sodium hydroxide on the rust to loosen it up, but think days even weeks for this.
