Any idea why the foam insert for here on the rear door should be soaking wet?

My eyes are getting old, I can't see the pic.

Oh man that's jist pants....pure disgustin disgusted...BUTT

IF its no petrol,no aisle,no brake fluid...it must be watter....Rain or car wash watter.....Didnae ken there was a foam insert in that bitty.

sorry everyone the pic was so small.

I really struggle with pics on here.

The foam insert is from the behind the black metal bit that the window slides up against towards the back of the rear door. Does that make sense?

Most of those filler plates on the rear doors buckle out at the top and allows more water than would normally get passed the rubber door seal it mates with.

I removed one like you and the foam was wet, but there is no way of bending the filler plate straight, so I have no idea how it bends in the first place.

I've looked at mine too.

Only slightly damp here in sunny Kent.

My advice: move to Arizona...
